My kid is better then yours!

Ok so I'm one of those moms who loves their child being advanced! I never thought I would be but I have to admit, When I hear someone at Daycare say to me, "Quinn is the only baby that does that" or "these kids are about three months older and he does everything and more then they can do" well I hate to admit it but I get a bit smug. Not mean smug but "that's my boy" or "damn right" But I keep it inside and just smile. He really is a smart kid. You can watch him try and grasp an issue or problem then you see the light go on and he starts smiling and concentrating real hard on the task at hand. HE is still the only child at daycare in his approx age group that can hold his own bottle and soon he'll be the only one crawling (he's close)
